Service Description

**Please bare with us and ready EVERYTHING before booking** - On this page, you are requesting a time for your session only. To confirm your time, we will send you an invoice within 24 hours of your request, to the email you provide, prompting a deposit of $100. Once your deposit has been placed, your session request will be confirmed and appointment on our books. - Your deposit is a retainer, used to secure our location and Santa. Therefore, deposits will not be refunded under any circumstances. If you have any questions about this at all, please feel free to reach out to us on our contact page, prior to scheduling. - SANTA WILL BE ON-SITE BETWEEN 10AM - 2PM, AND 3PM - 7PM - When booking Family only, please try to fill the slots outside of Santa's hours, first, if possible (Before 10am, between 2pm and 3pm, and after 7pm. Unfortunately, we are unable to accommodate pets, this year. - *One* outfit will be allowed, upon request. However, in order to keep moving and prevent anyone from waiting OR feeling rushed, we will begin with the following session that is checked in, and pick up with yours when you are ready. We *highly suggest wearing an outfit that will go well with the living room/fireplace sets, and bring coats, gloves, toboggans, etc to go with the store front scene. Snow will be added to these images, and winter wear is recommended. *You are welcome to screenshot these details, for your records. Details may be added at any time, if something comes to our attention*

Cancellation Policy

Your retainer/booking fee is non-refundable, 48 hours after scheduling, unless the Photographer fails to appear at the place and time specified above without informing the Client at least 24 hours in advance, in which case the deposit will be returned.
