Service Description

- Entire Immediate Family - Multiple Poses - Requests Welcome - 1.5 Hours *PLEASE NOTE* Make sure to also book a FREE consultation before your session date. This may only take a few minutes, but it is highly important to the success of your session and insuring we are both fully prepped and ready for your appointment. Please, also include the phone number or email you would like your invoice sent to. Your invoice will include the session details, full balance, due on the day of your session, including a $50 deposit due on receipt. Your session is not booked, until you have both completed your consultation and paid your deposit. 1. Your retainer/booking fee is non-refundable, 48 hours after scheduling. If the Photographer fails to appear at the place and time specified above without informing the Client at least 24 hours in advance, the deposit shall be refunded to the Client. 2. Balance may be paid in-person with cash or card -or- through our website, and must be paid no later than the day of the session. 3. Proof photographs in high-resolution JPG format only shall be delivered to the Client no later than 2 weeks (14 days) after the photos are taken. Photos may be delivered via Google Photos (need a Gmail account), Dropbox, a physical disc, or jump drive. 4. The Client shall assist and cooperate with the Photographer in obtaining the desired photographs, including but not limited to specifying persons and/or scenes to be photographed; taking time to pose for photographs at the Photographer’s direction; providing a person to guide the Photographer to desired persons and/or scenes; pre-shoot consultations, etc. The Photographer shall not be responsible for photographs not taken as a result of the Client’s failure to provide reasonable assistance or cooperation. 5. The Photographer retains copyright in the photographs, and hereby grants the Client unlimited but non-exclusive rights to use or reproduce the photographs for which the Client pays. Applicable Law This contract is governed by the laws of America in the State of Tennessee and any applicable Federal law.

Cancellation Policy

Your retainer/booking fee is non-refundable, 48 hours after scheduling, unless the Photographer fails to appear at the place and time specified above without informing the Client at least 24 hours in advance, in which case the deposit will be returned.
